MVK Academy of Music and Dance started as school of Fine arts in order to provide quality arts education in Karnatic Music. MVK Teachers are professional, experienced and reputed musicians.

To develop the artistic talents of children regardless of race, religion and nationality
To further developed dedicated students with advanced training
To provide certification through Examinations conducted by Musicians and Academicians.
To sharpen students' skills through annual competitions, prize winners are given cash award and merit certificate.
To encourage talented children and upcoming artists (local and NRI) to perform in MVK Annual Chennai Music Festival.

at Chennai, proposed to establish School of Fine Arts at Chennai to tap

the talents inherent in children who do not have adequate finances and

facilities to develop the same.

MVK Singapore will be instrumental in making way to MVK Chennai

for the needy children to learn and practice under established

gurus of the concerned art.

With this in mind, Maithri Vidhya Kendram was registered in the year 2005

at Singapore & Chennai.
